Logo: On a blue background, we see a white bar on the top, reading "HENRY" on one side, and "JOHN" on the other. In the middle, we see "WINKLER" on one side, and "RICH" on the other. On the bottom is another white bar with "P R O D U C T I O N S". In the middle of the logo is a drawing tool which resemble a slash mark between the names.

Variants:

• Starting on season 2 of MacGyver, the logo fades out on the blue background, and is replaced with the words "In Association With".
• On the pilot of MacGyver, the logo is against a live-action shot of MacGyver working the light switches to send a sort of Morse Code.
• On the MacGyver episode "The Golden Triangle," the Winkler/Rich logo is on a black background instead of its usual blue.

FX/SFX: None except for seasons 2-7 of MacGyver.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the show.

Availability: It was last seen on MacGyver on Sleuth (now Cloo) and DVD and the TV movies MacGyver: Lost Treasure of Atlantis, MacGyver: Trail to Doomsday, and Young MacGyver.

Nickname: "Spinning Names"

Logo: On a gradient jonquil background, we see an orange rectangle with black outline. The names spin, and as they stop spinning, "Henry Winkler" is shown at the bottom left of the rectangle, and "Michael Levitt" on the top right of the rectangle, and a black line is seen between the two names. "productions" is at the bottom of the rectangle.

Variant: On show #2 of "It Just Ain't Right Week" on the 2002-2004 version of Hollywood Squares, the logo is changed so that after it stops spinning, "Michael" and "Levitt" are on opposite sides at the top of the rectangle and "Winkler Henry" is in the center on the bottom of the rectangle.

FX/SFX: The spinning name.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the show.
