1st Warning (1984-1990)

Warning: On a white background, we see a black square on the left with the standard FBI logo in white, and the generic "Title 17. United States Code, sections 501 and 506" text in a white box on the right with the red word WARNING on the top. It would go to the next screen stated below. Similar to the 2nd Warner Home Video/Strand VCI Entertainment warning.

Availability: Very rare. Seen on Goodtimes Home Video releases of the era.

Warning: On a folly background is the large "FBI", "WARNING" and FBI logo on top. Below is the text. Everything is white and has shadow effect. Similar to the 1st 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment warning.

Availability: This was an alternative warning screen for Goodtimes Home Video. Seen on titles such as Silent Rage.

4th Warning (1989-1997)

Warning: On a blue background we see the words "FBI WARNING" and the "501 & 506" warning text below in white and in a computerized font.

Variant: On earlier releases, "FBI" was larger than usual.

Availability: Rare. Seen on Goodtimes releases of the era like The Earthling.

5th Warning (1997-2008)

Warning: On a black background we see a red bar with the white words "FBI WARNING" and white "$250,000.000" & "any public... use is strictly prohibited" warning text below.

Variant: On DVDs, the background is white wallpapered with with GoodTimes Entertainment print logo (a la the 1989 Paramount warning), the warning text is black, and the "FBI WARNING" text in the red bar is in black as well. The regular version is seen on GT Media titles.

Availability: Very rare. Seen on Goodtimes and GT Media releases of the era.
