So I was checking out a YouTube channel named "thepreviewsguyvhs&dvdopeningsalter" and the recent uploads are a surprise. These were uploaded 1 day ago as of this post.

If there's one thing that is common about this, it's that all of these films are from Paramount.

Edit: Have another one. This one is a Netherlands copy.

Philips also released Orion, MGM, PolyGram, and (I believe) Live Entertainment titles on CD-i also. It would be interesting to see what logos the MGM titles have because the MGM/UA Home Video logo never appeared on the packaging.

Basically, these are the 3 possibilities for MGM films on Philips CD-I that I have come up:

  1. The MGM/UA Home Video could show up,
  2. The MGM Home Entertainment logo is used, or
  3. The MGM logo of the time is used without any home entertainment logo.

I'll do some more research on this and hopefully get back to you soon!

Well, that didn't take long. I found some more.

And, yes, Live Entertainment released some films for Philips CD-I.
