1st (possibly) Logo (1989-1995)

Logo: On a black/blue gradient background, the letters of "EVS", with the S having a streaked white shadow next to it, slide in from the right one-by-one. Then the words of "ENTERTAINMENT", in a computerized serif font, fly in from the sides continuously.

Variant: There is a plain black background variant.

EVS
ENTERTAINMENT

with EVS and ENTERTAINMENT separated from the logo. The logo then fades out.

Technique: 2D animation and the Cascom stock footage.

Music/Sounds: The music from the Virgin Video logo from 1986.

Availability: Rare.

3rd Logo (1992-1993)

The red parts of the EVS wordmark slide in from the right, with shadows coming from the vertical sides. "ENTERTAINMENT" with a white border then types in below. Green Thai text then appears above / below the logo.

Technique: 8-bit computer animation.

Music/Sounds: A brass fanfare.

Availability: Very rare. Used solely in conjunction with the Eagle Group logo.

4th Logo (1994-1997)

Logo: Over a superimposed video of a cloudy blue sky, the letters of "EVS" flip from the right, top and bottom coordinately, and a yellow "shining" effect occurs once when placed. "ENTERTAINMENT" then spins in from below (through a 3D illusion). An iris effect occurs which forms white borders around the logo complete with the streak.

Technique: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: Same as the first logo.

Availability: Rare. Might appear on both VHS and (later) VCD releases.

5th Logo (1997-2000)

7th Logo (1997-2000)

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: John Williams' recording of the 20th Century Fox fanfare (albeit different than the usual Star Wars fanfares) with the drumroll cut.

Availability: Very rare, since it was (allegedly) used for a brief period.

8th Logo (2000-2002)

Logo: We slowly zoom out from stars in space as a large wireframe globe (which is overlaid with live-action clips) zooms out and rotates 180 degrees. The company name in gold then zooms out and places itself over the globe.

Availability: Very rare, perhaps since it was briefly used.

13th Logo (2004-2018)
