Background: Thema TV is a Chilean regional television network from La Serena, which was launched in 1997. In 2004, the channel was closed and relaunched as Cuartavision. In 2013, the channel returned with his original name.

1st Logo (2004)

Logo: On an abstract blue background, the camera moves to several views of the incomplete logo: A silver spinning outline of a TV screen, the letters of "THEMA" appearing one by one in the TV screen, and the letters of "TELEVISION" appearing one by one but below the TV screen. Once the logo is finished and appear in the middle of the screen, a "flash" transition makes the logo completely 2D (the outline becomes black and inside is filled with a blue-green gradient, and "THEMA" becomes white. "TELEVISION" also becomes black) and the background is completely filled with white. The words "es television regional" in orange appear below.

Variant: On a red abstract background with 2 black stripes, one above and one below, the Thema TV logo appear spinning while the camera moves to several views of it, until the logo appear centered. The words "TELEVISION" appear falling until placing below the logo, and in the bottom stripe appear the words "Canal 3 La Serena y Coquimbo - Canal 2 Ovalle"

FX/SFX: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: TBA. The variant has a guitar theme, with an announcer saying "Para la cuarta región, transmite Thema Televisión".
