Background

This is a successor to the current channel of TV Peru.

1st Logo (1977-1980)

Logo: The logo consists of "canal 7 tv" on a black background, with the "7" a bit larger.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: A Peruvian announcer speaking over light rock music.

Availability: Unknown.

2nd Logo (1980-1983?)

Logo: We see a strange trailing three-dimensional yellow TV tube on a wavy blue background. The TV-tube is textured with more TV tubes inside of it, all of this rotating and coming closer to the viewer. There is feedback of this TV tube behind it, but rather in a glowing white color. Finally, the front of the TV tube is revealed, showing a red "screen" with CANAL 7 (with 7 a bit larger, like last time). The feedback stops and the "7" increases in size a bit to fit the "TV screen". The background continues to wave around.

Technique: A combination of Scanimate and video feedback effects.

Music/Sounds: It begins with a constant up-and-down synthesized warble, which segues into a hard rock theme that almost sounds "slowed-down". All of this is played at a pretty loud volume.

Availability: Extinct. This might be seen on old tapes of shows on the channel, but it's unlikely that these can be easily found.

3rd Logo (1983-Late 1980's)

Logo: TBA.

Technique: Motion-controlled animation.

Music/Sounds: TBA.

Availability: Same as the second logo.
