Visuals: We see a trail of the Mokep logo with a bubble in the air while see is in below. Then the bubble goes down and the logo puts itself on the trail.
Variant: A later variant updates the graphics and gives the logo a more sinister look. It also does have no trail and the logo just fades in to the viewer, with the warnings following.

Audio: A peaceful violin theme with birds chirping.
