MExcess was a Canadian Premium Cable channel that primarily aired action movies. It was a multiplex channel of The Movie Network. It was folded into that station on March 1, 2016.

1st logo (2008-February 29, 2016)

Logo: We see the logo for MExcess (Which is the same logo for Movie Network but pushed to the left and has the words “excess” in all lower case except for the “X” which is two TCF-like searchlights) then we drive by a row of the signature Film Chips but in magenta. Then we stop at 1 of them, and it glows, “Feature Presentation”, in the same font as well.

Trivia: This is the only The Movie Network channel to not use the same idents like other channels owsned by the Movie Network.

FX/SFX: The CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: TBA.

Availability: No longer current. Check your old tapes.

Editor's Note: It’s currently hard to find currently outside of older torrent sites.
