Bumper:
- 1994-1996: On a black background, we see a blue circle with the HTV logo rotating.
- 1995-1999: On a water background, we see a water rippling that reveals the HTV logo.

2nd Bumper (1999)
Bumper: Same as 1999 HTV ident.

Music/Sounds: None
Availability: Extinct
Final Note: The ITV Hearts break-bumper replaced those regional bumpers in 1999.
