1st Bumper (1995-2000)
Visuals: On a white background, we see the 1986-2000 ABS-CBN logo enclosed in a black box, on the far left side on the corner. Occupying the right side is a large silver screen with the large letters "'PG"" on it. Below it is the following text:
may tema at mga eksenang di angkop
sa mga batang manonood.
PATNUBAY NG MAGULANG
AY KAILANGAN.
Variant: An English version of the advisory exists, wherein the text reads: "The following program contains themes and scenes not suited for general audiences. VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED."
Technique: None.
Audio/Voice-over: Just Peter Musngi reading the bottom portion of the text.
2nd Bumper (2000-2003)
Visuals: On a white/silver background with portions of the ABS-CBN logo engraved on it, we see a large black "PG" in a tall serif font on the left portion of the screen. On the right portion of the screen, we see the text "Ang sumusunod na programa ay may temang nangangailangan ng PATNUBAY NG MAGULANG." Below it is the 2000-2014 ABS-CBN logo, horizontally-aligned, with a black line atop.
Technique: None.
Audio: Just Peter Musngi saying "Ang susunod na programa ay may temang nangangailan ng patnubay ng magulang."
3rd Bumper (2003-2006)
Visuals: We see a white background with a middle portion being black with a blue light rotating through it. On the middle portion has the following words:
at eksenang hindi di angkop sa mga batang manonood.
Patnubay ng magulang ay kailangan.
Below it is a black oblong with the gold letter "PG" on it.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: Same as the previous bumper.
4th Bumper (2006-2009)
Visuals: On a blue background, we see a large translucent letters "PG" moving across and a ribbon flying across it. Then the following same notice from before wipes in, followed by the 2000-2014 ABS-CBN logo fading in on the lower-right.
Variant: An English-language version exists, wherein the notice says "The following program contains themes and scenes not suitable for very young audiences. Parental Guidance is advised."
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio/Voice-over: Same as before. The English version has Musngi say "The following program contains scenes not suitable for very young audiences. Parental Guidance is advised."
5th Bumper (2009-2010)
Visuals: On a gold background containing a large black letter "PG" on the lower right corner, the following text fades in:
Ang susunod na programa
ay may tema at eksenang
hindi angkop sa mga batang nanonood.
Patnubay ng magulang ay kailangan.
As the last line fades in, the 2000 ABS-CBN logo, albeit horizontally-aligned, also fades in.
Variant: Like before, an English-language version exists.
Technique: Fading/Wiping effects.
Audio/Voice-over: Same as above, except Peter Musngi says the entire notice.
6th Bumper (2010-2011)
Visuals: We start on a white background and a 3D figure with the green letters "PG" spinning and it was placed on the top right corner. A black rectangle unfolds, and the words "PARENTAL GUIDANCE" fades in. The same notice from the previous logo fades in, along with a smaller ABS-CBN logo.
Variant: Like before, an English-language version exists.
Technique: CGI.
Audio/Voice-over: Same as before.
