Background

Disney MovieToons was a name used by Walt Disney Television Animation for their theatrical productions. After the release of DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp, all WDTVA-produced films (either direct-to-video or theatrical) would solely open with the Walt Disney Pictures logo.

Logo (August 3, 1990)

Visuals: An in-credit logo that displays "DiSNEY'" in its corporate font and "MOVIETOONS" underneath in the Mickey Mouse logo font. Below is "PRESENTS". The entire logo is in yellow and superimposed over the film's opening scene.

Technique: A superimposed graphic made using traditional ink and paint.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: Seen on DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp.
