Logo: On a blue background, we see a light blue oval with a feathered perimeter. Inside, the text "CRITERION" (in a bold blue font) and "TELEVISION CLASSICS" (in a white, italicized serif font) is seen. There is a drop shadow on the text.
Technique: The fade-in.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Extremely rare, as it had a limited use as seen on volumes of B&W TV shows on the LaserDisc format. It is known to be seen on The 1991 Laserdisc of Tanner '88 Volume 1, Volume 2, and 3, The 1991 LaserDisc of I Love Lucy, and 1994 LaserDisc of The Addams Family (Voyager Collection).
