Logo: On a blue background, we see a light blue oval with a feathered perimeter. Inside, the text "CRITERION" and "TELEVISION CLASSICS" in white is seen. There is a drop shadow on the text.

Technique: 2D Animation. The logo fading in and out, and the oval fading in.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Extremely rare, as it had a limited use as seen on volumes of B&W TV shows on the Laserdisc format. So far It can be seen on the 1991 Laserdisc releases of Tanner '88 (Volumes 1-3) and I Love Lucy, and the 1994 Laserdisc of The Addams Family (through the Voyager Collection).
