Availability: Extremely rare, as it had a limited use as seen on volumes of B&W TV shows on the LaserDisc format. It is known to be seen on The 1991 Laserdisc of Tanner '88 Volume 1, Volume 2, and 3, The 1991 LaserDisc of I Love Lucy, and 1994 LaserDisc of The Addams Family (Voyager Collection).
