This is the production company of Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald. It was originally founded as Hurwitz & Schlossberg Productions, before merging with Heald Productions and being renamed to its current moniker in 2019.

Visuals: On a blue background, there is the metal line, the letter "c" and the circle fall over the banner after it zooms in, then they balance to form the logo while the banner moves out to reveal the company name.
Variant: Sometimes, the logo is still on a black background.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: Some creaking noises with a rock crumbling noises, the closing theme or none.
Availability: Seen on Cobra Kai starting with season 3, as well as the film Plan B and Obliterated.
