The company was acquired in December 2007 by STS Media and was renamed into Costafilm due to the requirements of the deal. In 2011, Costafilm was merged with Soho Media to create the Story First Production studio, which was later closed in December 2013 by the STS Media holding.

Visuals: Over a brown background with moving dark yellow clouds is the shiny word "КИНОКОНСТАНТА" zooming out and rotating letter-by-letter. Under it are the three stylized letters "С" (arranged like a portal), also rotating. Two golden lines form, making the company name being sandwiched between them.
