Background

Concorde Video was the video distribution offshoot of Dutch distributor Concorde Film.

1st Logo (1980s-1990s)

Logo: On a grey-black gradient background, a blue object slides in from the left and folds down to reveal the Concorde Film logo. "CONCORDE VIDEO" then flies out from the black part of the background and places itself on top of the logo.

Technique: Scanimation effects.

Music/Sounds: A synth jingle that sounds like something from the local news.

Availability: Seen on Dutch VHS releases from this company.
