Background

Check Six Studios was a company formed in 1997. It was named for the six co-founders of the company. The company formed an agreement with Universal Interactive to develop two games in the Spyro the Dragon series. The first game released in this deal, Enter the Dragonfly, was rushed in order to be released for the holiday season, leading to the final product getting poor reviews.
