Background

Centronics International was an American film production company based in Arkansas and founded by film and television producer and director Harry Thomason. The company only produced two films.

1st Logo (November 15, 1972)

Visuals: An in-credit logo which features an abstract and conjoined "Ci" with a graphic of a camera shutter between the two letters. Below is the text:

Presents

Technique: A still, printed image.

Audio: The opening theme.

Availability: Only seen on Encounter with the Unknown.

2nd Logo (July 1973)

Visuals: On a red background, there is a close-up of the logo from before in color, with the "Ci" in turquoise and the camera shutter in black. The logo zooms back as the shutter "opens" into a black ring, causing the following text to appear over it and zoom in:

RELEASE

The camera shutter then closes.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A bombastic horn fanfare.

Availability: Only seen on So Sad About Gloria.
