Background

BadlandsChugs is a YouTube channel operated by Eric Booker, who is a competitive eater, rapper, and internet personality. It is known for videos that feature Eric chugging different kinds of beverages, hence the channel's name.

1st Logo (February 16, 2014-March 7, 2021)

Visuals: On a black background, two blue streaks of light, emitting particles that are purple and blue, manifest in the center of the screen. They travel towards either side of the screen, then both of them immediately travel in the opposite direction and spin, creating an oval. The white orbs stay in place, while two thinner streaks emerge from where the orbs are and collide, causing light to encompass the screen. When it dissipates, a vintage-style white shield appears. On the shield is a "B", which contains a line in the center of it as well as a line pattern inside the letter itself; it also has a tail below the second hump. The blue text "BADLANDS CHUGS", superimposed over the shield, appears and rotates slowly, and "HUNGRY & FOCUSED SINCE 1997" follows suit.

Variant: Sometimes, the logo would begin when the shield and text appear.

Technique: CGI, sans the shield.

Audio: Eric saying "Don't touch that mouse". After that, a quiet thud is heard, and he says "You're watching BadlandsChugs".

Audio Variants:

In many videos, music can be heard playing alongside the logo's sounds. The music varies depending on the video.
The short variant lacks Eric's dialogue.

Availability: It debuted on "Enjoying Some Morning Orange Juice" and appeared on every video uploaded from then.

2nd Logo (March 8, 2021-)

Visuals: On a space background, Earth can be seen rotating. There is also another planet in the distance. The camera pans up as Eric, who is much larger than both planets, emerges in his casual attire; he is also seen sporting a pair of headphones. He raises his right hand as Earth is consumed by magenta light, transforming into a water bottle. If one looks closely, blue liquid can be seen inside the bottle. As the camera rotates, Eric picks up the bottle and starts to drink its contents. Once he is done, a red light briefly flashes and the bottle turns silver. He then lowers it from his mouth and belches, widening his eyes and opening his mouth as the camera shakes. The shield zooms in while spinning as the scene fades to a dark gray gradient background with black scribbles on it. Above and below the shield are the white, curved words "BADLANDS" and "CHUGS". The logo rotates slowly as multiple letters zoom out, forming the text "CHUGGING THE WORLD ONE BOTTLE AT A TIME", which is set in a marker-like font. The sequence then fades out.

Technique: CGI. This was done by Pixel Urge.

Audio: Strange ambience can be heard throughout. At the start, Eric says "Don't touch that mouse", and sounds that correspond to the actions happening on-screen follow after that. As the shield appears, Eric can be heard saying "You're watching BadlandsChugs".

Audio Variant: Much like the previous logo, music often plays alongside the sounds heard in this logo.

Availability: This has appeared on every video uploaded since "NEW INTRO + Mountain Dew Citrus Blast Chug from the UK!!".
