Background

This was a joint production company between agent-turned-producer Marty Adelstein (who would later go on to form his own solo company, Adelstein Productions and later partner with 21 Laps Entertainment to create 21 Laps/Adelstein) and Dawn Parouse Olmstead (who would later go on to form her own solo company, Dawn Olmstead Productions).
