AVID:Requests for Comment/More ways to Support/Oppose RFC templates

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

I had an idea. If we do get rid of those "Strongest _____ Since" sentences, we should have more templates to Support/Oppose something. Here's an example: Template:Awesome. This one is based on the Wikimedia Commons template of the same name. Since it is awesome, it would fall under Support and show funnier and higher support that Strongest while also being totally shorter and having no need for witty jokes. Plus, it comes with Awesome Face so it would totally get loved by the community. Now, what if you want an oppose higher than the Strongest Oppose? We got ya. I call this one, Template:Hek. This one would come with maybe a red "Boo" finger gesture with text reading "OH HEK NO" maybe. Idk. This could definitely benefit us while also reducing the now-hated "Strongest __ Since" jokes. They would definitely be a welcome to the community. And, nobody could get mad at them because they would be just so dang fun :D (USER TALK!) 14:18, 13 January 2023 (UTC)

Oppose

  • Oppose After reading the RFC, I can simply say no because these new templates seem too kiddy for this site. IAmThe789Guy (talk) 14:27, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
Well, it doesn't have to be specifically those two. It could also be something more professional. (USER TALK!) 14:40, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
