Visuals: The text "warnermax" fades in on a dark purple background with slight movement.

Availability: It was only seen on On the Record, most likely as a placeholder for the next logo.

2nd Logo (August 6-November 26, 2020)

Visuals: Against a purple background, two metal beams zoom out and rotate toward the camera, revealing that they are the letters "W" and "M", in the shape of the 2019 Warner Bros. shield. The Warner Max wordmark from the previous logo fades in, with the "max" sliding in from behind the "warner". The logo shines.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A synth piece, revolving around a simple four note melody. This was composed by Ramin Djawadi.

Availability: It was seen on later Warner Max releases, until the label was discontinued.
