Background

Vijaya Productions is an Indian film company established in 1948 by Shri B.Nagi Reddy. This company merged with Vauhini Studios to form the Vijaya Vauhini Studio, which became one of the largest studios in Southeast Asia at that time. However, Shri B.Nagi Reddy produced Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi movies under the banner of the company.

1st Logo (1948-1961)

Logoː On a cloudy background, we see a flag with a sillethouse of a man waving, which is behind an arch that says the company name in Hindi & on top of a pedestal that says the company name in English.

FX/SFXː Live-Action.

Music/Soundsː A Horn Fanfare can be heard. Otherwise, none.

Availabilityː Very Rare. Can be seen on the company's first films, as well as movies from the 1950s.

2nd Logo (1967-1969)

Logoː We see the same flag as before in orange waving on a 2D Sphere on a black background. We then zoom in to see a red "V" & the company name in orange inside the 2D Sphere.

FX/SFXː Live-Action.

Music/Soundsː A few low-pitched gong sound is heard, as well as a repetitive sound & a high-pitched sound.
