Logo (1990s)

Visuals: A screenshot of a drawing of a web on a gray surface scrolls down from the top. Several seconds later, the words "VIDEO" and "NET" in white and black with a shadow and outline scroll from the top and bottom respectively while in-sync with the music. Then, the words "02-661 Warszawa" in a black-gold gradient slides from the left and positions itself on top of the center horizontal line of the web followed by "ul. Wita Stwosza 18" underneath and from the right. Several seconds after standing still, the text wipes out with the picture of the web remaining on screen for many seconds until it wipes to the warning screen.
