Background

Ventura Distribution was an American home entertainment distribution company, founded in 1993 and based in Thousand Oaks, California. Subsidiaries of the company included StudioWorks Entertainment and First Look Studios. Ventura Distribution was folded into First Look Studios on March 28, 2006 when the latter became independent again.

Logo: We see a V flying around the screen with a semicircle circulating it. The semicircle puts itself around the V, which merges with the part of the semicircle that is open. The word "Ventura" is set below the logo as a red orb flies past, and the word "DISTRIBUTION" flies in while a blue orb flies past.

Technique: CGI that is not too shabby for the 1990s.

Audio: A harsh, droning synth theme.

Availability: Probably on certain releases from them in the 1990s.
