Do we actually need to translate the TCF TV page into British English? The differences are way too minor for this to warrant a translation (since the biggest difference IMO is in speech, not in written form) (and I don't think most other wikis have British English as a language option i.e. Wikipedia). Besides, most British would probably understand American English (and vice-versa). If we have this then we also need Indian English, Australian English, Scottish English etc., which IMO aren't really necessary for a multilingual project.
