There are two users whom I think should possibly be blocked. The first user is [[User:Qamichelemir59|Qamichelemir59]]. [[CLG Wiki:User Reports#Qamichelemir59|His section of the User Reports page]] is a good example of why they should possibly be blocked. Additionally, they have a [[User:Qamichele59|potential sockpuppet account]]. The second user is [[User:09limbua|09limbua]]. While he is blocked from editing and creating new accounts, he is not blocked on [[User talk:09limbua|his talk page]]. You can clearly see why he shouldn't be able to edit his own talk page.
