===Background===
'''Satellite Digital Audio Broadcast Co., Ltd''', better known and traded as '''St.GIGA''', was a Japanese satellite radio company founded on April 2, 1990 and owned by WOWOW from 1990 to 2001 and WireBee Inc. from 2001 to 2006. They were most known for their "Tide of Sound" broadcasts, which were recordings of nature sounds, and the Satellaview, a peripheral for Nintendo's Super Famicom that allowed the playing of games via satellite broadcasts until the service was discontinued on June 30, 2000. They were also known as the first digital satellite radio station in the world. In 2001, the company, facing bankruptcy, merged with WireBee Inc., a Japanese radio station provider and was eventually renamed Club COSMO before being sold to WINJ. Their slogan was "I'm here. I'm glad you're there. We are St. GIGA."

St.GIGA (Japan)

Company Bumpers Wiki

Warning (April 1995-June 30, 2000)

Warning: On a black background, we see a picture of St.GIGA's broadcasting headquarters at night in the center of the screen and, to its left, is white sideways text reading "JO33-BS-TDM1" (the callsign for one of their data broadcasting transmitters) while, at the bottom of the picture, is white Hiragana text informing players that the transmitted data should only be used for its intended purpose. A 3D, metallic version of St.GIGA's logo comes down from the top of the screen, stopping above the warning text before shimmering.

FX/SFX: St.GIGA's logo coming down and shimmering.

Music/Sounds: An eight-note synth string jingle accompanied by a Super Mario-esque "ka-ping!" noise at the end.

Availability: Extinct. This warning screen was only seen before downloaded broadcasted data was being loaded. As broadcasting services for the Satellaview have been discontinued as of June 30, 2000, this screen can no longer be seen through normal means without loading data from a pre-owned 8M Memory Pack with data on it or by emulation.

Editor's Note: None.

Alternate Warning (Mid/Late 1990s-June 30, 2000)

Warning: We fade in to see, on a black background, white text reading "JO23-BS-TDM1" (the callsign for another one of their data broadcasting transmitters), which is above more text reading "St. GIGA". Further down, the same Hirigana warning text from the main warning screen is seen in the same stylization.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: Almost exactly like the main warning screen's synth string jingle, but is one note shorter and the "ka-ping!" sound plays earlier.

Availability: Extinct. This warning screen was only seen before downloaded broadcasted data was being loaded, apparently usually during evening hour Satellaview broadcasts, one example being a broadcast of BS Super Mario USA Dai-4-kai. As broadcasting services for the Satellaview have been discontinued as of June 30, 2000, this screen can no longer be seen through normal means without loading data from a pre-owned 8M Memory Pack with data on it or by emulation.

Editor's Note: None.

Logo: On a black, starry background, we see what appears to be a shooting star moving to the right before making a turn to the left, revealing that the "shooting star" is a DVD leaving a trail behind it as it flies. As the DVD flies from left and right towards the center, the golden letters S, B and P appear one by one, and once they are done appearing, the DVD flies behind and places itself in the middle of the letters. The DVD briefly glows a brilliant blue before turning into a long, oval-shaped Earth, and a white line then slides in from the left underneath the letters, with the white words "S.A." (located right of the P) and "WORLDWIDE" (located underneath the line) fading in. The word "PRESENTA" fades in on the top-right of the screen shortly after and before we fade to black.

Variants:

FX/SFX: The DVD flying, the letters appearing, the line sliding in, the text fading in.

Music/Sounds: A loud, distorted, and sort-of majestic and dramatic theme.

Music/Sounds Variants:
