Visuals: Same as the Universal Studios Theme Parks logo, but "THEME PARKS" is replaced with "HOLLYWOOD".

Availability: It was seen at the end of The Making of "Terminator 2 3D", which can be found on the "Ultimate Edition" DVD release of Terminator 2: Judgement Day, released in 2000 by Artisan Entertainment.
