The 1988 logo basically returned as a secondary logo in 2017, due to the honor of Sega Forever, which basically shows the Sega On-Screen logo similar to the 2006 logo, but the logo turns into the 1988 logo with a ring damage sound being heard, and plays the Sega Jingle at the end.
