1st Logo (2010-2012)

Visuals: On a blue gradient background, the logo of the program zooms out, consisting of the SSTV logo, an italic "SSTV" with a yellow star at the top of the V, followed by "NEWS" in a similar font, and a curved white/blue rectangle below with "HOUR" at the front. Behind the logo of a wave-like shape in a darker shade of blue. The logo slightly zooms out as the wave shape animates.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A brief portion of "Broadcast News" from the iMovie library.

2nd Logo (2012-2016)

Visuals: A flash occurs on a dark blue/red environment, bringing up a rapidly spinning blue Earth globe set around multiple white/red spinning circles on both of its vertical sides. The camera pans to the right as different footage of another globe, in silver with faint white streaks around it, is shown looping on the bottom-right. After a while, the initial globe animation cuts to footage of a panning world map in turquoise, and the SSTV logo in turquoise/yellow, with "NEWS HOUR" in 2D below it, zoom out.

Technique: CGI mixed with computer animation.

Audio: "Broadcast News", but this time it uses the entire theme.
