Russian Cinema Council, usually abbreviated RUSCICO, is a company operating since 1999. It mainly publishes Russian films outside the former USSR territory. Their catalog is identical to the one of Krupny Plan, which distributes old films over Russian territory instead. Somewhere in late 2010s, it slowly began focusing on reselling older releases, and in 2021, the ruscico.com domain (formerly the RUSCICO website) was brought up for sale.

(2000-)

Nickname: "The Temple"

Logo: On a gradient blue background, many letters are drawn in white, zooming out in the process. Then, the letters fill themselves in with white and form three lines saying "RUSSIAN CINEMA COUNCIL". After the lines are done, the roof of the temple appears zooms out, having "RUSCICO" inside separated by dots. The base also appears, reading "MCMXCIX" (1999 in regular numbers). The logo then blurs and dissolves.

FX/SFX: The letters forming, the temple fading in and zooming out. The logo blurring and dissolving.

Music/Sounds: Two dramatic orchestral melodies going from one to another accompanied by laser-like sounds. One of them is actually "Encounter" by Ralv Gielen from the Universal Production Music library.

Availability: Should appear on foreign export DVDs and Blu-rays from Russia. Seen on most RUSCICO DVDs.
