Background

Runteas Pich Production was a Cambodian film company founded in 1961 by film director and theater owner Ly Bun Yim. Throughout its lifespan, they made fifteen films before the Khmer Rouge took over Cambodia on April 17, 1975. During their regime, there was a purge and luckily, Ly Bun Yim escaped but only saved 3 of the 15 films.

Logo: We see a shining diamond with the Khmer company name arched in gold above and "RUNTEASPICH" in a gold three-dimensional font below. Overlapping the diamond is a banner which reads "PRODUCTION".
