Republic Arts Pictures, ocassionally credited as Republic Pictures, was a production company founded by Craig Denney, director of the B-horror movie ''The Astrologer''. It has no confirmed legal ties to the original [[Republic Pictures (1935-1967)|Republic Pictures]].
In 1967, Republic Arts Pictures was split off the original Republic Corporations, retaining the eagle trademark. It was not associated with Consolidated Film Industries.
