This is Martin Gero's production company. The company is possibly named after his son, which is possibly named Quinn.

Logo: On a light blue background, we see a light blue model of a house (with the number "5" on it) rotating. The words "QUINN'S HOUSE" appear word-by-word in the Futura font.
Variant: Starting with Connecting..., the "5" is replaced by "4".
FX/SFX: The house rotating.
Music/Sounds: A beeping synth theme. NBC and The CW airings used a generic theme and a voiceover.
Availability: Seen on Blindspot, Connecting... and the 2021 reboot of Kung Fu. Don't expect to this to appear on Deception, despite him being one of the executive producers on the show.
