Background

Po Fung Film (H.K.) Co. (寶峰影業公司) was a Hong Kong-Taiwanese film production company.

1st Logo (November 29, 1961-July 11, 1962)

Logo: Over a sky background, we see a mountain landscape and a person dressed as an angel holding a torch in the middle, appearing to be standing on top of a giant rock. Beneath the person is the company name in Cantonese.

Technique: Live-action.

Music/Sounds: A long drumroll before heading to the beginning of "William Tell: Overture, Finale" by Gioachino Rossini.

Availability: Seen on Little Go-between and Sad Tale of Two Women.

2nd Logo (1979)

Logo: On a space background, three stylized letters "pff" in a Bauhaus-like pink font are fused together into a single emblem. Below is the company name in Chinese "寶峰影業公司" and underneath that is the English text "PO FUNG FILM (H.K.) CO.,".

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen on Choi Lee Fat Kung Fu.
