Background

Pinnacle Peak Pictures was initially formed in 2018 as an alternative label of Pure Flix Entertainment to release films that were not necessarily religious but still family-friendly. Following the sale of Pure Flix's streaming service and their trademark to Sony Pictures Entertainment in 2020, the mainline studio rebranded itself into the Pinnacle Peak name full-on. Their previous agreement with Universal Pictures Home Entertainment remains in place.
