This is the vanity plate of Ira Ungerleider.

Visuals: There is a cartoon pickle in a tuxedo with a red bowtie, shoes, a top hat, and white gloves against a blue background. The pickle slowly raises his hat up, with the stacked company name in red next to it with a white border behind it.
