(its very likely this myth was entirely based on someone misinterpreting "split rectangle" as "closet killer" and thats where this whole thing started. in its place i have added a third logo that was yet to be described)

Paramount Oxford Films was the educational arm of Paramount Pictures, along with Paramount Communications, not to be confused with Paramount's then-future parent company.

Logo: On a black screen, we see the words "DISTRIBUTED BY" on top. The familiar Paramount logo from the 70's is seen inside a box on the left. At the right is "OXFORD FILMS". Under it, the words "A SUBSIDIARY OF PARAMOUNT PICTURES CORPORATION" is seen.
