Background: PPLLAAYY is a company and online game website founded in 2008.

Logo: On white or dark-brown background, we see black bar. The letters "PPLLAAYY" flying out one-by-one, as man speaks. The slogan (rarely website) types below.
FX/SFX: Flying out, keyboard-like writing. Very cheap animation and music, but due to the content produced by the company it's no surprise.
Music/Sounds: A male text-to-speech voice (AT&T Natural Voices Mike) saying the company name, the dreamy synth note, followed by keyboard keys sound.
Availability: Common. Seen on online versions of Trollface Quest game series (though mobile versions plaster it with Spil Games logo). Seen on many games that company has made, as with other companies. Appear on Trollface Quest: TrollTube (online version of one mobile game). Then appeared on other games. Not easy to find on YouTube, but easier with company website (ppllaayy.com). Despite being common, it's not so hard to find. The website version was appeared only on Trollface Quest (1st game that released on mobile phones not by Spil Games), making that variant very rare.
