- On Mr. Lucky, a paper airplane is seen to the right of the logo. After the logo disappears, it immediately segues into the Spartan Productions logo.

Visuals: On a striped background with stars, there is a ribbon with the text "OFFICIAL FILMS" in a Western-like font, under it is "Present" in cursive.
Variant:
- Superimposed in the closing credits is "THE END" with "AN OFFICIAL FILMS" in the same western font as the normal logo. Otherwise, this logo can say "AN OFFICIAL FILM" or "THE NEW".
- A color version of this logo exists.

Audio: The opening theme of the movie.
Availability: Seen on a re-issue of RKO/Van Bueren's Tom & Jerry shorts and Paramount's 1934 Screen Songs short Let's Sing with Popeye.
