Logo: On a cloudy background, we see a map outline of Mali with the flag of Mali waving inside it. It then zooms out, a green and red rectangle forms, then a yellow Mali-shaped piece comes from the upper side. They then connect to form the colors of the flag of Mali, with the text "ORTM" appearing from the right and it goes onto the connected pieces, forming the logo, then the logo goes to the front view. A slogan that says "La passion du service public" appears and zooms out.
FX/SFX: The Mali flag in the Mali outline waving, the Mali flag zooming out, the pieces being formed and forming. The logo moving. Very cheap animation.
Music/Sounds: None.
