Background: Octapixx Worldwide Distribution was a company located in Toronto, Canada.

(2000- )

Logo: On a black background we see a cinema filmstrip going to the right. When the camera zooms out to reveal the filmstrip as a part of "X", the background changes to a blue cloudy sky or a daytime one; and the text "Octapixx" with a spinning filmreel like an "O" its revealed. Then, the word "Worldwide" appears by spacing out the letters, the "Distribution" in a smaller font fades in and the filmrell becomes an Octagonal shaped with a black bold border.

Variant: In 2012, the logo was remade in widescreen,

Technique: The filmstrip, the camera zooming, the words and the filmreel becoming an "O"

Music/Sounds: None, or a "Thum" followed by a whoosh and a ringing chime jingle.

Availability: Found on various programs distributed by Octapixx, including libraries of PBS and documentaries.

Editor's Note: The animation is quite cheaper.
