Background

This is the vanity plate of M. Raven Metzner and Stuart Zicherman (who would later form a sole company, Sleeping Indian, Inc.).

Logo (September 21, 2006-May 25, 2007)

Visuals: On a black background, there are two boxers fighting each other. The one on the left wears red shorts while the one on the right wears green. The company name in a circus-like font appears below it. The one on the left then punches the right, before going back to its normal position. The logo is also shaking during all of this.

Technique: 2D animation and the shaking.

Audio: A punch sound, followed by a man saying "Nosebleed!".

Availability: Seen on Six Degrees on ABC. It was also used on the company's defunct website.
