Newmarket Films was an American film distributor and producer formed in 1994 as a subsidiary of the Newmarket Capital Group. It was acquired in 2009 by and later folded into Exclusive Films.

1st Logo (September 5, 2000-2003)

Visuals: A bright light flash occurs and the word "NEWMARKET" appears in a shiny white font (sometimes with orange glimpse). There is a dim, full width line right below the word.

Technique: The splash. [possible misuse]

Availability: Seen on the company's early films, like Cruel Intentions 2, Stark Raving Mad, Memento, and Donnie Darko (the director's cut uses the next logo).

2nd Logo (2003-May 13, 2011)

Visuals: On white blocks, several orange plates appear like in a vertical piano board, then they zoom out and rotate 90 degrees clockwise. Technique: The blocks lighting up. [possible misuse]

Audio: Electronic beeping with whooshes and it ends with a piano theme, or the opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Seen on later films from the company, such as The Nines.
