Background

In 2009, The Beedie Group has begin using the Canadian company called My Plastic Badger, and that was produced season two, three and four of Sanctuary.

Nicknames: "The Badger", "The Badger Roadkill", "The Plastic Badger", "The Roadkill"

Logo: On a stormy sky (which is more cloudy than the one with the storm), we see a cracked road that quickly pans down and stops. Then, a badger roadkill walks into the cracked road, storm clouds appeared has the thunder strikes and destroyed the tree via "zapped" effect. A truck drives on the road, then the badger roadkill is completed dies (although he cannot moved). When the badger roadkill pops out, the badger roadkill continues to walk as the picture started zooms out into a black background. Underneath the pictures is the words "MY PLASTIC BADGER" written in a red text font. Two seconds after, the badger roadkill fades in a white spotlight appears, notably casting a shadow. It then cuts to the Sanctuary logo with a copyright notice depending on each season.

Trivia: The company was done by Tricon Films & Television.

Variant: On some syndication prints of Sanctuary from PPI Releasing, the logo is shortened where the truck drives in, and the badger dies.

FX/SFX: The badger and the road.

Music/Sounds: Just the ending theme of the show features the lightning sounds and van beeping sounds. Also, there is a badger sound (the duh duh duh sound, or the Butler Butler Butler sound) of the walking sounds, and a light turn on sound.

Availability: Extremely rare. Only seen on Sanctuary from season 2 to 4.
