Background

Mithis was a Hungarian video game studio created by the former employees of Philos Labs (and later merged with it). Eidos Interactive bought out Mithis in 2006 and renamed it to Eidos Hungary.

1st Logo (November 5, 2004)


Logo: Over a white noise light, the Mithis logo, made of a spiral and four arrows, appears with some vibration and static speed effects. Then it fades away.

Technique: 2D CGI rendered by the in-game Black Sun engine.

Audio: "Pssh.." sounds.

Availability: Can be seen on Nexus.

2nd Logo (September 19, 2005)

Logo: The Mithis spiral in a rusty metal texture spins and zooms out on a dimly lit blue background.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A faint whoosh sound.

Availability: Can be seen on Creature Conflict: Clan Wars.
