Background
This logo belongs to a Mozambican government owned body. Before 1975, Mozambique was under the rule of Portugal as one of it's many African colonies. Through the war for independence, Mozambique became self ruling in 1975 by a Marxist-Socialist government. The logo's name relates to Mozambique's recent independence. The logo's year of origin is unclear as the date of the only film it appears on is disputed.

Availability: Ultra rare. This logo is only seen on the 1976 short documentary film 25 de Setembro, aka. 25 (English: 25th of September). It may appear on other early Mozambican films, however, most of Mozambique's films from this time are considered lost.
