Background

This is the vanity plate of Terri Edda Miller and Andrew W. Marlowe. In 2013, it changed to its current name.

Experimental Pictures

1st Logo (September 21, 2009-May 17, 2010)

Logo: We start off with a quick, sudden flash of a negative and positive respectively, and then on a dark background, we see an electrical arc with an electric spark. Then the company name, which is connected with outlets, flicker in green.

FX/SFX: The electricity.

Music/Sounds: Just the sound of the electrical spark with electric buzzing.

Availability: Seen on season 2 of Castle.

2nd Logo (September 20, 2010-May 13, 2013)

Logo: We zoom out past the gears to reveal a human with various gearwheels inside his brain. His eyelids look at the shining square gleaming on the right screen with the company name in gold inside. The "MENTAL" on "EXPERIMENTAL" turns to white.

FX/SFX: The gears and the light.

Music/Sounds: A click with a ding and the film projector rolling.

Availability: Seen on seasons 3-5 of Castle.

Milmar Pictures

(September 23, 2013-May 15, 2022)

Logo: Same as the 2nd Experimental Pictures logo, but the words are replaced. The "MIL" on "MILMAR" also turns to white.

Variant: On the first two seasons of The Equalizer (2021), the logo shares the screen with the Flavor Unit TV logo.

FX/SFX: Same as the Experimental Pictures logo.

Music/Sounds: Same as the Experimental Pictures logo.

Availability: Seen on seasons 6-7 of Castle, Take Two and the first two seasons of The Equalizer (2021).
